GFRP Bars' Design Certificate Program - Avaiable Now

NEx is delighted to announce the completion and availability of new certificate program "Designing Concrete Structures Reinforced with GFRP Bars Using the ACI CODE-440.11-22." The program was developed in close collaboration with ACI, and ACI Committee 440 members, in particular Dr. Vicki Brown of Widener University, Dr. Carol Shield of University of Minnesota, Dr. Douglas Tomlinson of University of Alberta, and Will Gold of American Concrete Institute.

Program's primary purpose is to educate participants on ACI CODE 440.11-22 and the application of Glass Fiber-Reinforced Polymer (GFRP) reinforced concrete in the construction industry. The program covers design and construction for strength, serviceability, and durability; load combinations, load factors, and strength reduction factors; structural analysis methods; deflection limits; development and splicing of reinforcement; construction document information; and field inspection and testing.

We believe that this program will be instrumental in advancing your expertise and contributing to the evolution of concrete practices. Don't miss the opportunity to gain a valuable ACI certificate in this specialized field.
